Leguminous plants :

[As the soil needs to rest between two cultures or aromatic plants (which can last up to 15 years for hybrid Lavender), leguminous plants are used to nurture the land with the necessary nitrogen used for the growth of future aromatic plants.

On our farm, we grow principally three varieties :

Green lentils and chickpeas: to cook.

Common Sainfoin: its harvest will be used as seeds, food for animal or as green manure for the soil.
