Organic farming :

Plants cultivated in the organic farming mode do not receive any synthetic fertilizer or pesticide.Compost made from the distillated plants and sheep manure are used on the cultures.

Weeding is done mechanically and manually.

In addition, the close by farm’s flock of sheep comes punctually to graze in the less accessible parts of the crops, “under the Lavender”.

Green manure is integrated in culture’s rotations.

Plants and conifers are picked up in their natural environment far from urban areas and ways of communication.

Several international labels give recognition for organic farming, such as the AB label in France, slowly replaced by the European logo.

Besides the AB label, we are members since 1978 of the “Nature et progrès” charter, one the first label renowned for its rigor and ethics.
